The WebCMS Project Team is happy to announce that the new IPFW.edu site will go live mid-morning on Thursday, June 10. (Note that preliminary activities on June 9 may cause a few visitors to see the new site a day early.) The change will make the beta site, currently at http://webcms.ipfw.edu/, become the live site at http://ipfw.edu/. The launch will include the IPFW.edu home page and top-level pages as well as Admissions, Financial Aid, and Bursar. Legacy pages will be retained for a short period of time for reference or backup.
 
Please report any problems such as broken links, error pages, or any other issues to the Help Desk at 16130 or helpdesk@ipfw.edu. The site will remain in beta for several weeks as the project team continues to improve the site and address any critical issues.
 
Offices and departments that are not a part of the initial launch will be rolled out in dotCMS as they are converted. These sites will be scheduled about every two weeks throughout the summer to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
