Neff Hall
Neff Flowers
IPFW's administrators and human resources office wanted to know how its employees felt about working at IPFW, so an independent consulting firm, HR Solutions, was brought in to administer the confidential UMatter@IPFW Employee survey. HR Solutions awarded IPFW its Best in Class Employer...Recommended by Employees citation. Among the results, 84 percent of survey participants rated their overall job satisfaction as favorable.

Interns for Indiana Program Seeks End to "Brain Drain"
Blue NeuronThe Interns for Indiana program wants to lessen "brain drain" by keeping Hoosier college graduates in Indiana. One approach is to place high-quality student interns with start-up companies, which helps accelerate company growth and provides students with valuable educational experiences. The Office of Academic Internships, Cooperative Education, and Service Learning (OACS) is overseeing the program at IPFW, which is funded by the Lilly Endowment.
