| HUD issued corrections to the SAS 117 reports that were posted to their website two weeks ago. That email is here. We have revised the reports issued on our website here. We apologize for the release of incorrect data, we simply did not get notified until today of the error. |

HUD OAHP Issues Guidance to Owners on Recovery of Previously Denied IPF |
| The letter included here was issued by OAHP this past week to owners to allow for the reconsideration of a previously denied IPF under certain circumstances. It is intended to provide some flexibility "one time only" to owners who may have been confused but otherwise acted in good faith with regard to payment due dates and conditions for earning IPF. This is in specific response to the request of many owners who had previously been denied IPF payments as a result of the recent Reserve for Replacement analysis being conducted by HUD's contractor - MBI. |
