We are writing to let you know that Burt Coffman, a long-time UUCF member, died on Friday after a battle with cancer.

In  recent weeks, after Burt began hospice care at his home at Greenspring in Springfield, he and his wife Jane were surrounded by family, friends  and their beloved dog Teddy.

Burt, a former president of the UUCF board, is fondly remembered for his leadership in our community and his unique sense of humor.
