Quiznos started over 30 years ago in Denver, CO and still has the same bold ideas they had in the beginning. Quiznos used butcher-quality meats, all-natural cheeses, chef designed signature sauces and toasted artisan bread. They are famous for their toasted subs, torpedos, bullets, salads, flatbread sammies and soups.
Some favorites at Quiznos include the Black Angus on Rosemary Parmesan sub, the Honey Bourbon Chicken sub and the Pork Cuban sub. They have amazing broccoli cheese soup and a great Smoky Chipolte Turkey sammie.
Quiznos is the premier quick-serve restaurant that offers inspired sandwiches, because only Quizno's has the passion and imagination to deliver one-of-a-kind toasted handcrafted sandwiches that satisfy minds, mouths and stomachs. Website

The developers used using Historic Tax Credits to return this building to its original glory. The first floor is slated for a restaurant-bar and commercial rental space. The second floor will have total of 9 residential units (6 studios & 3 one-bedrooms) which all were leased before the construction was finished in January 2012. The units range from 375-610 square feet and are priced between $800 and $1300 a month. Amenities include but are not limited to: Eco-friendly apartments, secure building, ample street parking, option of a reserved parking space, on-site laundry facility, and convenient indoor bike storage.
Originally the first floor was a western wear clothing store and the second floor was a boarding house. The remodeling of the building revolved around the historic features that defined its character.
