Douglas. 4/27/11. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas invites employees of Wichita businesses, state employees and the public to join its employees for a rally and walk at the Kennedy Plaza at Century II. There will be a short rally at noon at Kennedy Plaza followed by a one-mile walk along the river. Join in the fun by wearing comfortable shoes and taking a walk at lunch. The first 250 participants who stop by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas table at the event will receive a free National Walk @ Lunch Day T-shirt.
