Gridiron

Mosley Street Melodrama: 234 N. Mosley. 263-0222. 6:00 pm. Current production is Glee: The Melodrama. Show runs Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Evenings. Doors open at 6:00pm, the buffet opens at 6:15pm, and the show starts at 7:50pm. Dinner & Show Tickets - $26 (aduluts), $22 (age 60+), $20 (ages 12 & under). Show Only Tickets - $16 all ages.

 

Gridiron 2011: Orpheum - 200 N. Broadway. 755-7328. 8:00pm. It's back with all the zany antics and lampooning of previous years. Tickets are on sale now and range from $21 to $26 and are available through Select-a-Seat.

Blue Moon at the Museum Party: Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum - 204 S. Main. 265-9314. 7 pm. A fundraising event for the benefit of the Museum hosted by the Wichita Historical Museum Society. Cost is $60 per ticket.

 

Music Theatre for Young People presents "Annie:" Century II - Mary Jane Teall Theatre. 316-219-4849. 7:30 pm.

 

Project Run-A-Way: WSU Shift Space Gallery - 800 E. 3rd. 978-7727. WSU Shift Space Student Art Gallery will host the 4th annual "Project Run-A-Way" Wearable Art Fashion Show and Fundraiser, Friday April 15th, 2011. The evening will showcase one of a kind wearable creations by WSU students and alumni. This years categories include "Splendid Appendage," "Blast from the Past," "2012," and "Dark Matter." Enjoy refreshments, live entertainment, and a fashion show like no other! All proceeds benefit WSU Shift Space Student Art Gallery in Old Town. The doors open at 7 pm, and the begins at 8 pm. Ticket prices are $10/WSU Students, $20/person, $30/couple. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Wichita State University McKnight Art Center Office (3rd Floor). Tickets are also available at the door.

 

The Marvelous Wonderettes: Cabaret Oldtown - 412 E. Douglas. 265-4400. 8 pm. The Marvelous Wonderettes takes you to the 1958 Springfield High School prom where we meet the Wonderettes- Betty Jean, Cindy Lou, Missy, and Suzy - four girls with hopes and dreams as big as their crinoline skirts and voices to match.
