Follow the Action on the Osprey Cam
2011 Osprey Cam
Our osprey couple has been doing an excellent job incubating their three eggs on the Blackwater NWR Osprey Cam. Hatching could potentially start around May 24, so be sure to check the Osprey Cam to follow our pair as they prepare for a new family.
Visitor Center Renovation Update

Foundation of New West Wing is Laid  Visitor Center Renovation
The required archaeological dig is over and the foundation for the new west wing multi-purpose room has been laid at the Blackwater NWR Visitor Center. During the renovation we'll also get a new impressive entryway. Thanks to everyone for their patience while the Visitor Center is closed for this major renovation project.

Sincerely,
