decc_managerThe year 2009...
...is soon to end. We have gone through a lot during this year - better and worse, happy and sad. It's time to push the breaks, think back, but also to look ahead, set targets not only keeping in mind corporate interests, but also think about ourselves, our friends and our beloved. There are many of us who have spent long working hours in the offices thinking it would be something for the benefit for our future, forgetting that we live now in the present and the future is and shall always be a questionable target.
The Danish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce thanks all our members who have been with us in the past, welcome you and our partners to stay with us in 2010, to make it a prosperous year in balance with work and enjoyment!

Merry Christmas & a very happy end of the year!
Yours Truly, Merli Lindberg

Mr Aivar ReheCEO of Sampo Bank in Estonia, welcomes to a seminar on "Is the Economy Ascendant and How Far is the €uro?".
There are signs that the economy is picking up speed again. What are the signs to be recognized? Did we ever hit the bottom? What can we expect from 2010? Estonia is trying to do everything in these turbulent financial times to prepare for the possible enlargement of the € zone in 2011. There are several doubts and discussions on these topics. Is it only to elimininate the currency risk? What opinion does a person have who is managing one of the leading banks in Scandinavia?
