Mr Aivar Rehe, the CEO of Sampo Bank in Estonia, welcomes to a seminar on "Is the Economy Ascendant and How Far is the €uro?".
There are signs that the economy is picking up speed again. What are the signs to be recognized? Did we ever hit the bottom? What can we expect from 2010? Estonia is trying to do everything in these turbulent financial times to prepare for the possible enlargement of the € zone in 2011. There are several doubts and discussions on these topics. Is it only to elimininate the currency risk? What opinion does a person have who is managing one of the leading banks in Scandinavia?
