On November 4 & 5, 2011, the Saint Charles Young Republicans are sponsoring their biennial Turn the Tide Campaign School. There will be banquets on Friday and Saturday nights, bookending the events on Saturday.

More than a candidate school, this is a full-service campaign school, covering all areas of campaigning, from ethics compliance, to fundraising, to PR and dealing with the media, to effective door-to-door campaigning. It will appeal to candidates, potential candidates, treasurers, campaign staff and volunteers who just want to be more effective in their help. 

Instructors include:

• Jan A. Beardsley, a print shop owner for 21 years, printing material for candidates such as George W. Bush, Kit Bond, Jim Talent, and many more
• Ronny Margason, an original presenter of the ABC Schools
• Jonathan Prouty, Director of Communications for the Missouri Republican Party
• Moshe Starkman, a small business owner in the website and software development sector of technology. A leader in the realms of Social Media and the web 3.0 innovation, Moshe brings a unique set of technical skills to the GOP
