THOUGHTS AND THE BODY
 Okay, so here it is. I just want you to relax and think back to a time, when you felt alone, afraid or hurt. Don't think to hard, just allow an image to come through your mind, and as you do this, notice how you are feeling. Are you feeling sad? perhaps your stomach may feel queasy, maybe your heart is beginning to beat faster, especially if you are still having to over come a resent loss, or perhaps your mind is having a difficult time adjusting to this memory, and that's okay.
You see, since the body, mind and the spirit are all interconnected, it is absolutely impossible for the body not to react to a thought the mind is having, and the more negative, fearful or hurtful your thought is, the more tired your spirit will become, your body will begin to react to this energy shift, and even your heart. like I say in my guided meditation, the heart is the gateway to your soul, and your soul relies on positive emotions and thoughts. You may also experience resistance to positive thoughts, which will allow the "ego" to take over your judgment, it's a domino effect, until you control the thought. You will need to focus on something positive and uplifting, to get your energy back into alignment. Take a look at the link below, You will love it!
Now for you who haven't been in either of my soul energy or soul purpose coaching programs, I want to take a moment and explain what I mean by "ego" as it plays an important role in your life. If you were in my programs, you will remember what the ego is. It can also be called the "shadow self" the gremlin, and the lower self. Any way you look at it, it is a part of you and you can't get rid of it, so as the old saying goes, and I mean old, "just learn to live with it" UHHH, not going to happen! Not when you are a powerful person, you need to learn how to HARNESS it. So my motto is, let's learn to integrate the ego, so you can experience how this valuable instinctual part of us, can also become a powerful energy source for you. Okay, so let's go back to the fear part, don't stop reading yet, I have a really cool exercise for you to do today, that will put love and happy thoughts right back into you, your heart is going to love it! check out the link to the right called "the mind and heart connection"
So the fear I was speaking of in my last newsletter was all about FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL. So if you are feeling afraid of something, maybe you don't understand what you are afraid of, or perhaps your fear is actually trying to stop you from succeeding (that would be your ego talking by the way), or maybe your fear is based on something that you are completely unaware of, and it's being triggered by a past memory, past life, or an emotion. Now I could put a whole weekend workshop on and talk all about fear, the ego and so on, all I want to do in this newsletter today, is get you thinking about your thoughts and your emotions, and if your feeling fearful of something, look within and try to learn where this fear is coming from, is it real or isn't it, and remember you are a powerful person, you truly are.
Did you know that you are equipped to make it through anything in your life? Your body will tell you what it needs, your spirit and the spirit world will protect you, your body can heal it's self, if you let it, we can send energy healing all around the world, just by intention. You can light up someone's day with a smile, not to mention the physical and emotional aspect for just giving and receiving a hug! You can help stop a war by being a powerful source of light, you can create a loving source of energy around you just by thinking of loving thoughts, and when we pass over into the spirit world, well we have a whole other life to live and while we are doing that, we are helping our own loved ones, that are in the physical world, you see life never ends, and the path you are on can be long and hard, or it can be fulfilling and fun, I will let you decide, TAKE CARE HAVE AN AWESOME DAY, AND LIVE WITH MINIMAL FEAR,CAUSE YOU ARE WORTH IT !!!
