Would you like to get paid three times on each potential 30 year level term sale?

$250K of 30 year term on a M-45 Preferred Best is $48.10 per month.  The commission is $40.89...$490 over the first 12 months.  And, no renewals are paid on term sales.

$250K of West Coast Life's ModLife guaranteed UL is only $66.80 per month for the first five years.  With ModLife, first year commissions are paid throughout year two, until Target is reached.  In this case, two full years of premiums are commissionable for a total comp of $1,442 paid over the first 24 month, plus ongoing renewals!
