Annuities
Problem: Income riders on indexed annuities have become increasingly popular. Since each has its own niche, comparing different income riders can be very time consuming.
Solution: Our new online tool (1) shows you which carrier will have the highest guaranteed payout, and (2) provides a link to all the marketing materials.
- Compare up to six income riders
- See detailed hypothetical illustrations
- Solves for both premium deposit and monthly payment
- Download or view carrier approved marketing material

Sales Tip
It's important to keep your name in front of your existing and potential clients. Realtors do this very successfully via a "drip" e-mail campaign. We can provide you with a similar "drip" marketing program in conjunction with Mutual of Omaha, a great household name carrier. The program is referred to as Sales Illustrated. Every week we can send you a Sales Illustrated e-mail that (1) describes a new sales idea from start-to-finish, and (2) includes a flyer for you to push out to your client list. It is imprinted with your name and contact information. Past issues of Sales Illustrated have included topics such as creating opportunities from a market decline, creating a supplemental retirement fund, preventing mortgage crisis, a self-completing college funding plan, business continuation, distributing estates equitably and an alternative to Roth IRA conversions for high-income individuals. To sign-up for Sales Illustrated or to view some of the past issues please contact me at ext. 225. |
