The Problem:  Group LTD is a good starting point, but it often leaves a significant shortfall for higher earners - often the key people in an organization.
 
The Solution:  Supplement the group LTD plan with individual contracts for key employees on a guaranteed standard issue basis:
  • These contracts receive significant discounts via unisex rates
  • The discounts are permanent and the plans are portable
  • No medical underwriting and very limited financial underwriting
