Friends of Red Rock Canyon and the Bureau of Land Management are sponsoring the 7th Annual Red Rock Canyon Photo Contest with increased cash prizes for the winning entries.

 

The theme of the 2009 contest is Nature and Wildlife of Red Rock Canyon. Complete contest rules are and entry forms are available for download by clicking here.

 

Entries will be accepted at the Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center on Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. These are the only dates and times entries will be accepted.

 

Due to space limitations, you are strongly encouraged to pre-register your entries. There is a limit of four (4) entries per person.  Photos must be approximately 8" x 10" with an overall matted and framed size not to exceed 11" x 14". Please be sure to read the complete contest rules and submission requirements. 

 

Entry fees are $10 per framed and matted photo for adult entries and $5 per framed and matted photo for those under age 18.
