As we head into the final quarter of the year, do you need something to boost your sales? How about planning a Webinar? Have you planned seminars in the past and were they successful? But, how costly can they be with the travel expenses, speaker's fee, and room rental? Here are a few tips for planning successful Webinars:

1. Sell the event ... not your product. Your sole objective should be to get someone to register for your event. Be specific about what the audience will learn from your Webinar.

2. Enlist the help of a strategic partner. You don't have to go it alone. Leverage your resources with a collaborative company. Not only will you be able to share the costs but you also will be able to provide your audience with a more informative Webinar.

3. Archive the event so that others who could not attend the Webinar can view it on their own time. Post the Webinar to your Website for easy access.

4. Track your results so that you can refine your future Webinars. Get some feedback from your audience so you'll know what topics interest them.

Give your Exhibit Booth a Facelift
Helpful Hints, Tips and Techniques

Trade Show TipsAre you getting ready for those end-of-the-year trade shows? Well, maybe you just need to spruce up your exhibit booth a bit without having to spend a lot of money on a completely new booth. Here are a few tricks of the trade that will help you to update your exhibit and bring it into the 21st century.

1. Update your booth graphics to reflect your company identity. Make sure your logo is prominent and that your color scheme matches your corporate theme. Keep the text at eye level and use only 3-4 bullet points. In other words, don't make the text too copy-intensive.

2. Purchase a few new exhibit accessories. Consider purchasing new carpet to reflect your color scheme. For a little bit of money you can modernize your exhibit booth with some new lighting. Lighting can accentuate your product displays. But make sure it's not too bright. You want to make sure the lighting works well with the exhibit hall lighting.

3. Order some plants or flowers. Plants are a great way to hide unsightly electrical wiring or fill in a gap in your exhibit booth. A small spray of flowers is always a nice accent on your reception table.
