The above cost includes all hotel accommodation, breakfast daily, lunch & dinners every day (exception -3 "Free Days" see below), guide fees, group transportation & group entrance fees and the cost of all group organized wine tastings and special events. Individual Credit Cards will be required upon check in at all hotels to cover the cost of all other personal expenses and incidentals including telephone calls and room service.

Costs not included in the above price are:
1. Lunch and Dinner on 3 "free Days" during the tour,
2. Gratuities to the guides and drivers (which will be welcomed by them),
3. Personal expenditure including drinks and food not planned as part of a group activity and all other
expenses of a personal nature.

Payment: Balance is payable, by check or money transfer, 60 days prior to Departure.

CANCELLATIONS: Final payment for all tours is due 60 days prior to departure date.
All cancellations, for any reason whatsoever, will be subject to a $500 per-person administrative fee. The administrative fee can be applied toward a future trip within three years of the date of cancellation.In addition, cancellations made from 59 days to 30 days prior to departure are subject to a 50-percent of total trip cost cancellation fee per tour participant; cancellations made within 29 days of departure or nonappearance will result in forfeiture of the entire cost of the trip. All cancellations or claims for refund must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received, by recorded delivery to 4 Wines plus more, P.O. Box 7000-877, Redondo Beach,CA 90277-8710 in writing and will take effect from the date received.
All cancellations are subject to $500.00 administrative fee.
The following cancellation charges will apply to the tour costs.
More than 30 days before departure: Deposit (50% of tour price)
29-0 days before departure: 100%

The non-issuing of an invoice or non-payment of deposit will not exempt passengers from these cancellation and administration fees. We regret we can make no exception to the charges and strongly recommend that insurance be taken out to cover cancellation fees. Insurance Jeremy Wilkinson will not accept responsibility of loss of deposit/full payment, loss or damage to baggage, personal illness or injury, medical expenses, cancellation or curtailment of your trip etc. Optional insurance coverage is advisable and is strongly recommended that a policy be purchased at time of booking. Special note regarding airfares and prices Much care has gone into the composition of itineraries and costing for this tour, however circumstances such as currency devaluation or fuel surcharges may necessitate changes in costs and itineraries. Should this occur you would be notified as soon as possible. Not withstanding that deposits or complete payments have been made, any increases up until the date of departure of arrangements resulting to the above are to be paid by the purchaser/passenger. If such increases are unacceptable, the passenger may cancel his/her booking, though in so doing s/he is still liable to pay any cancellation charges imposed in the way of cancellation, administration, communication charges etc. Our responsibility RESPONSIBILITY - TOUR PARTICIPANT CONTRACT - IMPORTANT! Jeremy Wilkinson, his affiliates, agents, and sponsoring organizations (collectively, "Jeremy Wilkinson") act only as agent for the suppliers of transportation, accommodations, food, and other goods and services provided to the tour participant. All arrangements for transport, accommodations, and services are made upon the express condition that Jeremy Wilkinson shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity of any kind occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as an airline, cruise line, train, hotel, restaurant, ground handler, etc., who is to or does supply any goods or services for the tour. Without limiting the foregoing, Jeremy Wilkinson is not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, war, quarantine, criminal activity, or for any other cause beyond its control. Jeremy Wilkinson reserves the right to change the itinerary of the tour without prior notice. If the tour is cancelled by Jeremy Wilkinson for any reason, Jeremy Wilkinson shall have no liability beyond the refund of all tour participants' deposits received y it. Jeremy Wilkinson may increase the tour price in the event of cost increases. Jeremy Wilkinson may decline to accept or retain any tour participant as a participant on the tour at any time. If any tour participant leaves or is removed from the tour, a refund only for refundable unused services shall be made. These tours may be sold in conjunction with the services of any airline. The passenger tickets in use by the carriers, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the passenger; the carriers are not responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time tour participants are not aboard their conveyances. Any litigation concerning this tour must be brought in the state of California. Changes in the RESPONSIBILITY clause can be made only in writing signed by an officer of Jeremy Wilkinson. Deposits paid by tour participants indicate acceptance of the above terms and conditions. Jeremy Wilkinson is not a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. This transaction is not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. You are not eligible to file a claim against that Fund in the event of Jeremy Wilkinson default. All accommodation is subject to availability. Jeremy Wilkinson reserves the right to cancel the tour if not enough people book to ensure that the trip is economic.
