Based in Las Vegas, which has taken it's place amongst the worlds elite culinary cities we have the opportunity to explore the best of the culinary world.

After spending  years on the inside of the Food and Wine Industry with  Vino Las Vegas LLC
and  developing professional and personal relationships with Sommeliers , Chefs and Restaurateurs nationwide, We bring this experience to The Cuisineist.

We visit   Restaurants, speak with the Chefs, Sommeliers and owners  and  get some inside secrets from their kitchen.The Cuisineist is proud of the fact that we are not food critics but share the over all experience with our readers. Afterall , isn't that what a great meal is all about ? .

 Cooking is about exploration and we  enjoy sharing  recipes in our Cuisineist kitchen with our readers. We are very interactive and welcome recipes we can all share and enjoy.
