Description: This project will construct, test, and commission a glycol storage and dispensing system within the FedEx Express leasehold. The work for this project generally includes the preparation and improvement of the site and construction of the glycol storage and dispensing system. The site work includes subgrade preparation; erosion control; installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water service, electrical conduits, site lighting, concrete pavement, AOA fencing; and, a jet blast protection fence. The glycol system work includes construction of an approximately 600 square foot  load bearing precast concrete building housing the MCC, pumps, various mechanical equipment, and piping; and, installation of three (3) glycol storage tanks with associated piping and appurtenances. In addition, the project includes electrical work and telecommunications installation.  

Coordination with the tenant will be required for project duration.
