Develop and Operate a Perishable Cargo Center at Chicago O'Hare International Airport

Description: The Chicago Department of Aviation intends to select an operating team to improve, finance, lease, and manage a 27,000-square-foot Perishable Cargo Center in an existing cargo facility with ramp access at Chicago O'Hare International Airport.
