Spirit Airlines Adds Nonstop Service To Denver from O'Hare

CHICAGO, Feb. 16, 2012 -- Need a Colorado vacation this spring? The Chicago Department of Aviation is pleased to announce that Spirit Airlines beginning on May 3, 2012 will offer new nonstop, daily service between Chicago O'Hare International Airport and Denver, bringing the total number of Spirit U.S. destinations from O'Hare to 10.

Andolino. "Spirit's daily service to Denver offers Chicagoans a new, super low fare option on this popular route and further expands the growing number of flight offerings at Chicago's airports."

 

In addition to planned new service to Denver, Spirit currently provides nonstop service from O'Hare to Boston, Dallas Fort-Worth, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Fort Myers, Fla., Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York/LaGuardia and Orlando, Fla. With the new service to Denver, Spirit will nearly double its flight offerings from O'Hare to a total of 17 average flights a day versus nine in 2011.

Including the new Spirit service, airlines at O'Hare provide an average of 14 daily flights to Denver.
