CDA Employees Donate Gifts to Chicago Area Families
In the spirit of the holiday season, Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) employees generously donated gifts including toys, clothing and gift cards for needy Chicago families, working with Chicago area agencies including the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services; SOS Children's Villages Illinois; Casa Catalina Food Pantry (part of Catholic Charities); and the Faith Community of St. Sabina. CDA employees also provided baskets of food and toiletries for senior citizens.
Volunteers pictured below wrapped up the gifts, which will be delivered this week - bringing some holiday cheer to Chicago families facing tough circumstances this season.
