The City of Chicago is celebrating Artist Month in October with a diverse selection of entertainment at O'Hare and Midway International Airports.

This month's designation celebrates the musicians and fine artists who make Chicago such a unique, world-class city.
Passengers traveling through O'Hare and Midway between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Friday this month will be treated to performances by entertainers as part of the Chicago Department of Aviation's "Music in the Air" program.
The lineup for Friday, Oct. 14 will include Blues musicians Toronzo Cannon and Lawrence Gladney, and artist Carolyn Sims at O'Hare, and musicians Charlie Love and Robin Curry, and artist Ann Kleboe at Midway.
The Artist Month entertainment will culminate in a Halloween Parade by Redmink Productions on Friday, October 28 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Midway and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at O'Hare.
The entertainment stages at O'Hare are located past security checkpoints in Terminal 1, B Concourse next to Eli's Cheesecake; Terminal 2 near Johnny Rockets Restaurant; Terminal 3 near Concourse L and in Terminal 5 on the Lower Level across from the Information Booth. At Midway, the stage is located on the Lower Level in baggage claim, next to the Information Booth.
"Music in the Air" is a year-round program, organized in conjunction with Chicago's downtown festivals and holiday celebrations.
