Delegation from Abu Dhabi Meets with CDA in Chicago
This week, the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) hosted a three-person delegation from the Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), one of the CDA's "Sister Airports". The delegation included Ahmed Al Haddabi, Chief Operating Officer; Saif Al Mazrouei, Chairman Office Manager; and Yusuf Al Jowder, Head of Terminal Operations.
CDA senior leadership met with the ADAC representatives during the three-day visit to discuss numerous components of the Chicago's airports, including: Operations, Facilities, Concessions, Emergency Services, Sustainability, and the O'Hare Modernization Program (OMP). The delegation also toured the airfield and terminals.
The visit was a follow-up to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that the CDA and ADAC signed in October 2009, when the two entities officially became "Sister Airports."
