CDA Issues RFP for Food & Beverage Concessions at Midway

 

The City of Chicago Department of Aviation has issued a Request for Proposals for the following:

 

Request for Proposals to Lease, Develop and Operate Food & Beverage Concessions at Midway International Airport

Description:

The City of Chicago ("City") Department of Aviation invites the submission of proposals by qualified persons and businesses to lease, develop and operate concessions at Chicago's Midway International Airport ("Airport"). The Request for Proposals ("RFP") is comprised of eight packages for food & beverage concessions.

 

The City has established an Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise ("ACDBE") participation goal for these concessions, as well as other minimum qualifications including experience in developing and operating comparable food & beverage businesses. The specific requirements of this solicitation are set forth in the RFP documents.

The pre-proposal meeting is located on the secured side of the Airport. Pre-registration is required. Instructions regarding pre-registration are set forth in the RFP documents.
