Many of our customers have had great success with their SmokinTex smoker.
Our customer, Yu, was born in China and raised in New York, so he definitely knows good pastrami. You can produce great looking pastrami sandwiches like Yu did in his smoker. That's his picture of his sandwich. Don't you just want to take a big bite?
Motivated by his love of cooking tasty meals for his friends and family, Yu decided to make videos and he has put them on
YouTube.com. He has produced two so far, with more coming, on how to
smoke ribs and
pastrami to perfection. He does a very polished presentation in an easy to follow format.
Yu did his research on electric bbq smokers and called SmokinTex. He spoke to Scott Wallace, our National Consumer Products Manager.
