As we leave 2010 behind and dip or toes into 2011, isn't it amazing how many events happened in our lives in just twelve months. What may be even more amazing is how many of those moments we really gave our full attention to. How many times we were really present and gave our fullest attention to the people that make up our life.
In the new year I wanted to practice being "present", present in the moment I share with my friends, family and co-workers. Really being there and get the most out of the moments that make up my life, if I don't... who will...lol.
I also wanted to use this moment to wish you the most out of your life moments, hope that we can give ourselves the gift of being "present" in the new year.
