Back2Health - Boot Camp Style!

OK, so not
really a 'boot camp' per se; but imagine if Craig and Adam were asked for our take on the
popular boot camp model. Knowing
that our exercise preferences lean toward harder and briefer, along with
minimizing risk of injury through safe activities, you'd be left with fast
paced circuits including exercises already known to most of you.
So here's the
deal: each Wednesday, starting August 5th at 6PM, we'll be offering our version of a boot camp. Utilizing three trainers at constantly
revolving stations and along with up to 4 fellow trainees, you'll work your way
through our circuits with some good old rock and roll pumping in the
background.
The feedback
from our test subjects has been great; they've noted quite a conditioning
effect, along with that familiar muscle burn from a high intensity workout.

Sessions will be booked in 30 minute blocks
If you would
like to partake in our boot camp circuit, please respond to this email. We'll respond with the time you should
show up, based on the number of responses before yours. It's that simple.
PS - if you're bringing friends, be sure to mention that as well. We need to limit each session to 5
people in order to keep things moving at a fast pace. Thank you.
