Greetings!

I had the pleasure this summer of filming an excited group of people of all ages who were finally, after all the spring rain, able to plant an edible garden at their school, Staples H.S. in Westport CT.  The garden was sponsored by the Green Village Initiative (GVI), founded by Dan Levinson, and used an ingenious (fool Sasha Brown, and Selectman Gordon Joseloffproof) system designed by Teich Garden Systems.

High school students came to plant, supported by their mothers, fathers, little brothers, grandfathers, GVI members, the Board of Education, and even the Selectman, Gordon Joseloff.

What Clients Say... We got energy!

The enthusiasm and excitement in the building on Wednesday was contagious EVERYONE had a good time or at the very least heard the very important information that was presented - let's hope they really listened!  We have heard from the parents who all seem to have had a wonderful time and they are generally stating that their children "have not stopped talking" about different aspects of the day-long event that alone spells SUCCESS!!  Have a great weekend and again, MANY THANKS!

Janet juggling fruit & veggiesHAVE FUN WITH REAL FOOD

Are you busier than ever, having to juggle career, family - and feeling you have no time to eat well?

I've been there, but our family learned how to eat real food easily and inexpensively - with just a little pre-thought.

Do you know a group who wants to hear about the health benefits and amazing tastes of whole food?  Are you part of a parent committee, company or non-profit training program, women's business association, college, school, government or faith based organization who wants the facts about how to prevent illness, be more alert and productive, and live an energetic and active life?

Eating nutrient rich food is a great pleasure - you never go hungry, you don't have to count calories and you begin to slim down and shape up.

Children and people of all ages who eat nourishing foods find that they flourish.  They concentrate more, sleep deeper, develop better attitudes, feel more energy, have fewer sick days and raise school or job performance.

I am now booking presentations
starting in January, 2010.

Some group and individual counseling is also available from November on...

One client in Utah was drinking a 64 ounce bottle of soda every day, and no water.  I suggested he start drinking one glass less of soda a day, replacing it with pure water.  Well, he was young and eager to be fit, so he just completely reversed his beverage habit and drank 64 ounces of water a day, and no soda. True story - in just two weeks he dropped twelve pounds.  He discovered "It's HOT to be healthy!"
