The holiday season is always one of excitement and anticipation. Children and adults are looking forward to what is to come. During the holidays at Athens Academy, many special activities and service projects are planned to celebrate the season. These holidays, and the feelings they engender, transcend any boundaries of religion and unite us all in a common feeling of affection for one another. Be part of our tradition and join the celebration.

Classes dismiss at
11:30 a.m. on Friday, December 17
and resume on
Monday, January 3.
Extended Day will be available on Friday until 5:45 p.m. as usual.

Mom's and Dad's Morning Out
Monday, December 20 from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
at the Lower School Barrett Hall
hosted by the Athens Academy Interact Club.
Snacks will be provided; please send lunch with your child.
Children will have fun activities and winter crafts,
watch movies and play on the playground.
$15 for the first child and $10 for subsequent children, Money will be collected at the event.
All proceeds will benefit Stop Hunger Now.

Parents: Please check your student's division lost and found for hats, gloves and jackets they may need over the break.

During the holidays, remember to check your Meal Pay Plus account to ensure that it does not have a negative balance. Visit the Meal Pay Plus site to bring your
account current or mail a payment to the Business Office.
