Springtime at Athens Academy
 It's an exciting time at Athens Academy, with so many activities for students and families. The month begins with spring parties and egg hunts in Preschool on Wednesday, March 31, and Activity Afternoon in the Lower School. After the Easter break (April 1-4), the third grade will present their class play, Every Day is Earth Day, on April 8 and 9. More events and fun.... |
Lend a Hand....
 The Upper School will be participating in the tenth annual
Hands on Athens
from Friday, April 9 to Sunday, April 11. The project, sponsored by the Athens-Clarke Heritage Foundation, allows students to assist families in need in the Athens area by sponsoring
and repairing a historic home. Upper
School students, under
the guidance of faculty sponsors, will adopt one house again this year, and are
anticipating the work to include scraping, painting, minor carpentry repair, as
well as landscaping. If you are interested in helping with this project, contact Patrick Snead at
