Bob Chambers
Dear Athens Academy Community:

Within the next month, Athens Academy parents, students, faculty, and alumni will receive invitations to take part in a series of electronic surveys developed by the administration and Board committees to evaluate the progress made toward the goals outlined in the school's current Long Range Plan (2006-2011).

The data generated by these surveys will also help the school to identify specific areas of emphasis for the next Long Range Plan (2011-2016).  Finally, this information will also serve as a critical component of Athens Academy's five-year reaccreditation process by the Southern Association of Independent Schools (SAIS) and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), culminating with a peer review team visit in November 2011.
