 Join us for an exciting evening as Dr. Lester Morales from
NASA visits Athens
Academy to talk about the
space program and current and future missions. There will be a Q&A session
and lots of interesting things to see, including lunar samples from the Apollo
moon landings. Students, parents, and
friends are encouraged to join us for this fascinating

In light of recent discussions that have ensued
following the decision of President Obama to speak to the nation's school
children through live television, I have given thought to the importance of
investigation and exploration in the pursuit of knowledge. Athens
Academy has long been a
place where our students learn to listen to all sides of a debate and engage in
questioning, answering, and exploring all sides of the issues. Read more....
