In my last newsletter I asked for your help in finding a venue that I could display my bedding line where it would get more exposure to the general public. Well, about a month ago I received a call from a business associate letting me know about a "year round" home show venue that will be opening up in Rancho Cordova and would I be interested in sharing a booth with him. Wow! I don't think he even receives my newsletter. Things always have a way of working themselves out! If you know me very well, then you know where my faith lies. I have no doubt that I have a God who loves me and is always "working upstream" on my behalf. He ever ceases to amaze me! :)
So this is BIG NEWS and I need your help spreading the word. This venue is called "The Market Place" and is located at 11395 Folsom Blvd between Hazel & Sunrise. It will not open until there are at least 100 vendors with booths set up. At last count we had about 55 vendors signed up. I'm excited to have a venue to showcase my products and services. I am also excited about the opportunity for all of us as consumers to support our locally owned and operated businesses. If we are ever going to climb out of this negative financial environment, we each need to do our part to support our local economy!
And just in case you are wondering...business is booming. As a company, we are changing our offerings to match the needs of our customers. Our specialty will always be spectacular window treatments and bedding, but we have added beautiful home accessories, custom furniture, flooring and redesign to our offerings just in this last year!
My hope for you is that you will see that things have a way of working themselves out. Stay positive and optimistic. Don't be afraid to try something new. And, be sure to get out there this summer and support your local economy!
