About the Company...

The Finishing Touch was started in June 2001 by Misty Trevino in Sacramento, CA. The Finishing Touch designs and manufactures custom window treatments, bedding, pillows, cushions and table coverings. The company also offers various hard window treatments, fabrics, trims and hardware from quality partner companies.

The company is committed to honest and ethical business practices and provides the highest quality workmanship. We are a member of the Window Coverings Association of America and adhere to the WCAA's workroom quality standards.

Well, summer is in full swing and it feels like I'm just getting started! This year instead of taking a vacation, we stayed home and worked on our backyard "cigar lounge"and deck. It has already paid tremendous dividends as we have spent many beautiful summer evenings with family and friends relaxing together on our new deck. I don't know about you, but my life feels so fast paced that it is nice to slow down and relax for a bit. As with most things, it is still a work in progress... the plants will probably come next year, but the "lounging" has already begun.

I hope you take the time to invest in the beauty of your home. One of the things I enjoy most is haveing a home environment that is welcoming and comfortable for my family and our friends. I treasure the time we get to spend together.

(For those of you who don't know, my husband is a sales rep for CAO cigars. Hopefully that explains the need for a
cigar lounge).
