The Customer Care and Billing (CCB) system will launch Monday, April 4!
In preparation for the conversion, we must temporarily interrupt GreyStone payment processing. Please review the following schedule and make your payment arrangements as needed.
- American Express will no longer be accepted after March 29 at 5 p.m.
- Only cash or check payments will be accepted March 30-31 until 5 p.m.
- NO account transactions will be available April 1-3. Inquiries only.
- Monday, April 4, GreyStone will be back to business as usual.
ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:
You will receive a new account number in your April bill. If you pay through your financial institution, please notify them of the change. Please note, if your payment is made from March 26-April 3, there is a possibility it could be rejected and your payment not processed. Remember, there could be a three to five-day window or longer for processing your payment through your financial institution, so allow ample time.
Members on automatic bank or debit/credit card draft will need to re-enroll in draft payments after GreyStone has made the transition to the new CCB system.

Spring has sprung! | |
Spring is officially here. Birds are chirping; flowers are blooming; and pollen has filled the air! Ay-Chu! (Bless You!)
That means it's time for a little spring cleaning around the house. Don't let your allergies get the best of you inside your house as well as outside. By taking some time to focus on some of the smaller things within your home, you may be surprised to learn that you can actually save some money while making your nose happy!
Here's just a few tips that will make both your nose and your pocket book happy:
- Make sure all the fans in your home are working properly and are dust-free. Make sure you change the direction of airflow. In the winter, let the fan push warm air toward the floor and in summer, switch the direction and draw air upward, cooling the room and ensuring constant airflow.
- Regularly wash or replace filters.
- If you have a sliding glass door, make sure to keep its track clean. A dirty track can ruin the door's seal and create gaps where heat or cold air can escape.
- When dust and pet hair build up on your refrigerator's condenser coils, the motor works harder and uses more electricity. As part of your spring-cleaning routine, make sure the coils are cleaned and air can circulate freely.

Energy Efficiency Seminar | |
 Interested in learning more about the energy usage in your home and where you can cut back to save money?
Join us on May 17 as we debut our first Energy Efficiency (EE) Seminar to GreyStone homeowners!
The primary goal of the seminar will be to teach you, our members, the various ways you can save money throughout your home by reducing your energy usage. Come and learn how to perform your own personal energy audit in order to achieve and maintain those savings.
By attending the training early on, you will have the opportunity to practice what you have learned, in the hopes of seeing your bills significantly decrease over the summer.
