~ Important Notice ~
Do a little. Save a lot. Togetherwesave.com.
billsE-bill Members,

Effective April 4, you will no longer receive copies of your power bill in the mail each month. You will continue to receive your bill via email through GreyStone's online billing system. We appreciate your participation in this environmentally-friendly billing program.

If you would prefer to receive your bill by mail only, please call our offices at 770-942-6576.

We appreciate your patience as we transition our Customer Care and Billing (CCB) system to offer you a more efficient, interactive member service system. To ensure the transition is as seamless as possible, we will suspend our normal payment processing as follows:

Save the Date:

After Tuesday, March 29 at 5 p.m. through the weekend, no electronic payments including e-check, debit and credit card payments will be taken. Online services will be unavailable.

After Thursday, March 31 at 5 p.m., cash or check payments will not be accepted until Monday, April 4 at 8 a.m. Payments placed in night deposits during that time will not be processed until Monday.

On Friday, April 1, no account transactions will be processed (inquiries only).

On Monday, April 4 at 8 a.m., payments will begin to be processed again under the new billing and payment system.

To avoid any inconvenience that could occur on your account due to the suspended payment processing listed above, please be sure to make your payment early if your payment is due during the time period outlined above. Members will not be able to make payments or apply for service during this time, and will only be able to make bill inquiries with a representative.

All GreyStone employees will be working as usual on April 1, and GreyStone's outage reporting system, dispatch and repair crews will still be available. To report an outage, call 770-949-7880 or 770-942-6576. GEMC Federal Credit Union will be open for business as usual.

As GreyStone upgrades to the new billing system, the cooperative will also begin using Fiserv (Bill Matrix) as its new payment processor. One exciting benefit of the new system we hope you will take advantage of is free automatic debit/credit card drafts, which formerly carried a $5 monthly convenience fee. Automatic bank drafts will remain free of convenience fees.

When your co-op reopens for business on April 4, the system enhancement will be complete and GreyStone will offer better services than ever before. We hope that you will enjoy the benefits of our new Customer Care and Billing system. Visit our website,

www.greystonepower.com, for the most current information on the coming improvements.

Sincerely,
