Each year Atlanta Business Chronicle readers are asked to nominate workplaces in the Metro Atlanta area which they feel are deserving of the title, "2010 Best Place to Work". In an effort to communicate more with members, we are embracing the world of social networking with the launch of Facebook on Sept. 15 and Twitter on Nov. 1. The first phase of the GreyStone Facebook page will engage members with valuable energy saving tips, information about programs, products and services, upcoming events, videos, photos, and more. Over 4,000 members visited GreyStone Power for a day of fun at GreyStone's 73rd Annual Meeting. This year's focus, Energy Efficiency, was an attempt to show members how and where they could save money throughout their home, starting with a free Home Energy Savings Starter Kit they could use personally. Members also enjoyed games, rides, a health fair and a special concert by the award-winning southern gospel group, The Whisnants, at the Together We Save Energy Efficiency Expo. New Improved Services Around the Corner |
In an effort to offer our members faster and more efficient service, we are undergoing some exciting changes that will take effect in January 2011. To help members transition smoothly, bank draft and credit card draft members will need to re-enroll to set up draft payments, which will carry no fee. Also, members will find new account numbers on their bills in January. Watch for more important news on the upcoming changes in future publications.  |
