Thank you very much to O'Brien Brothers Agency for being our presenting sponsor of our March Bowling Mixer at Spare Time in Colchester. We had a great crowd with lots of networking being done. To see pictures of this event - click here. Prizes: (thanks People's United Bank!) The team with the highest score and the person with the 2nd highest score won $25 gift certificates and the person with the highest score won (2) $25 gift certificates to local area businesses. Joe & Felicia Meccia, Joe Sinagra & Connie Brigham - had the highest team score of 992. The person with the highest score of 315, was Sam Gervais, beating out our 2nd highest scorer PJ Poquette with a score of 304. A very competitive and exciting time was had by all.

Lead Paint Rule - Update
Contractors are reminded that lead inspection kits are not recognized by the state of Vermont. See below. Vermont Statute Click Here for entire manual - below paragraphs are copied from pages 100 & 106. Title 18: Health Chapter 38: Lead Poisoning § 1760. Unsafe work practices (a) All paint in target housing and child care facilities is presumed to be lead-based unless a lead inspector or lead risk assessor has determined that it is not lead-based. § 1751. Definitions (26) "Target housing" means any dwelling constructed prior to 1978, except any 0-bedroom dwelling or any dwelling located in multiple-unit buildings or projects reserved for the exclusive use of the elderly or persons with disabilities, unless a child six years of age or younger resides in or is expected to reside in that dwelling. "Target housing" does not include units in a hotel, motel, or other lodging, including condominiums that are rented for transient occupancy for 30 days or less.
