Dear friends,
Summer has just arrived and Canada's Birthday is at our doorsteps. With the Royal couple visiting our capital for Canada Day it's the perfect time to start thinking about returning the visit across the pond on our Jolly Ole England Tour this November. To provide you with the very best experience, we've planned a Christmas Themed tour Charles Dickens style. We'll not only visit the exhilarating sites in London but we have a spectacular day planned to Bath visiting the famous Christmas Markets and the relaxing mineral-rich waters of this natural spa. This tour really is "fit for a queen" with luxury boutique accommodations at the Fleming's Mayfair and a chock-full of inclusions. And, with it being a short 6 day get-a-way, it should fit into even the busiest of schedules.
Oh, I know summer has just begun and I certainly don't want to rush the season, but you really should start thinking about your fall and winter travel plans. There really is nothing better than getting away with the gals but you should book early to secure space!
We still have a few seats left this September on our remarkable tour SHE Sees Southern France through the wine regions of Bordeaux and St. Emilion and meandering the back roads to charming medieval towns and villages. This beautiful part of France is surely not to be missed. And, I'm thrilled to say that it is being escorted by our founder and ever popular tour leader, Susan Pearson.
Later in the month, we have a "trip of a lifetime" African Safari tour to Kenya. This culturally rich tour will have our ladies not only viewing the breathtaking wildlife throughout Kenya but will have them enriching their experiences with philanthropy activities in the villages. At Broad Horizons we love to give back to the communities we visit. Not only is it appreciated by the locals but it enriches the lives of the ladies on our tours. This tour was sold out but we've just had a couple of cancellations so today we have "two seats left"!
Now that I've talked to you about our fall plans think ahead to our bitter Canadian winters. Wouldn't it be nice to get away from the snow, sleet and sub-zero temperatures? Take a look at our "Yoga, Fitness & Fun in the Sun" get-a-way next February. Imagine yourself getting away with the gals with a "healthy" yet fun week on the powdery sandy beaches of Negril, Jamaica.  Greetings Everyone!
This September 16 we take to the skies for our flight to the south of France. As you read through our planned itinerary, you'll see that we have a spectacular 12 day experience waiting for us in Dordogne - Perigord. As part of the Aquitaine region in southwest France this is one of the most picturesque areas of France, as well as being envied the world over for the splendors of its incredible cuisine.
As our departure date draws near I am so excited to be traveling again with all of my travel buddies at Broad Horizons. During this trip we'll visit some of the most beautiful villages in France. The diversity of landscapes, eras, and architectures, with many castles, country houses and traditional villages are a photographer's delight. In anticipation of the spectacular sights we'll see, I have a new camera and can hardly wait to capture all those picture perfect moments with you during our trip.

 My Dear Lassies of Scotland...Failte Abhaile (Welcome Home)
As many of you know we have just returned from a spectacular and memorable trip to Scotland. I know that the ladies that I had the pleasure of travelling would agree with me that this trip was "Magical".
Since my return I have found myself stopping many times throughout my day to reminisce about the days we spent touring Bonnie Scotland. The giggles, the tears and the infectious enthusiasm has found a wonderful nook in my heart. The fact that I had the pleasure of sharing so many happy memories of this tour with you will be with me forever as I hope it is with you.
Scotland's sheer beauty welcomed us with open arms and we embraced her with great passion. You brought such enthusiasm and joy to this tour.
