| Globe-trotting gals - Welcome Back! |
 Holland - Belgium
Tulips and Windmills River Cruise
We just returned from our recent river cruise in Holland and Belgium and I think the best word to describe the experience is outstanding!
Every aspect of the trip was wonderful! Glorious weather greeted us with it being the best April weather that Holland had experienced over the past 25 years.
The flowers were at their peak and the scenery was spectacular. To see millions of tulips in bloom is a sight that you really can't imagine, unless you actually see it for yourself! It is truly breath-taking!
The river cruise itself was fantastic with the food being an absolute highlight every day. The level of service was superb and our BH travel buddies - fifteen fabulous females, made the trip extra special. There is no doubt that our memories from this trip will last a lifetime!
Following our return to Canada on April 23, I travelled to Boston as our second grandchild was just born. Our daughter Amy and her husband Andrew now have an adorable baby girl, named Sidney. They also have a sweet little two year old boy, named Maxwell.
Next week, I'll be back in Canada and we'll send out a special edition of Fe-mail with trip photos and tales of our Holland river cruise. As well, we'll have our Holland-Belgium photos posted next week on the BH website. Be sure to visit our PHOTO GALLERY next week and see the beauty that is Holland and Belgium.
