"We authored the "Wealth-Building Strategy" for the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation master plan. This included strategies for inclusion of minority-owned businesses at the planning stage.  Far too many times, opportunities for inclusion are missed by waiting until the project development stage. I applaud our client, DRWC, for having such insight." -- Beverly Woods, Director of UAC's Economic Opportunity Division. The plan won the 2012 American Institute of Architects' Honor Award for Regional and Urban Design.
