It's finally here! The week we have been waiting for all summer has arrived. Pay close attention to the e-mails and newsletters to make sure you take advantage of all the special events, contests, and surprises!
We want everyone to participate in the celebration so we are opening the club to all members, including Weekday Only members, for the activities on July 30th and 31st. Come join us for the following events:
July 25 Monday. Friend us on facebook and watch for a posting Monday morning with details on how to get a free treat at the snack bar.
July 26 Tuesday. What? You have not friended us yet! Do it now for instructions on how to download a coupon for a buy one/ get one free snow cone good for July 26 - 28 only.
July 27 Wednesday.1:00 PM. Lazy River Duck Derby Race. No charity this time and duck rental is FREE. Prizes will be awarded for the first 3 ducks to cross the finish line.
July 28 Thursday. 11:00 AM. Special Surprise. Be one of the first 50 people through the gate and get a special treat.
July 29 Friday. 5:00 PM. Volleyball Tournament. Up to 8 players, 2 females required, guests welcome for $5. Sign up at the snack bar or contact Brooke at bhyman@umd.edu. July 30 Saturday. All Day Anniversary Celebration. A day of games, pony rides, moon bounce and more followed by our very own fireworks at 9:00! You won't want to miss this day at the pool! Guest fees $10 all day due to special events. RAIN DATE JULY 31. July 31 Sunday. 1:00 - 4:00 PM. Colin Bunnell Steel Drum Band. End the weekend with music from the islands
