The holiday jingle was in the air at the annual Chamber holiday luncheon. Chamber members gathered at The Outback for an afternoon of networking and a delicious meal. the holiday luncheon could not be possible without our sponsor State Farm Agents. Thank you also to The Outback staff for hosting this annual event.

Holiday Business After Hours
The annual Holiday Business After Hours was hosted by the new Drury Inn & Suites - Independence. There was a great turnout from the Chamber membership and everyone was enjoying the festivities! Next month's Business Before Hours will be hosted by the Chamber, January 12, 8:00 a.m.

Ribbon Cutting
The 39th Street Walmart recently underwent a complete store remodel. The entire store received a facelift and added a new grocery area to better serve the community with all their shopping needs. Community leaders attended the event expressing support for the store and its mission to provide service to the community.
