MEDICAL EVANGELISM AT THE HEART OF JESUS AND JFM
IT IS TIME... We must get busy at organizing and beginning our mobile
medical clinic!
This was affirmed at
the recent JFM Board meeting that we must immediately move forward with the
development of the clinic as we learned of the massive starvation and
disease-ridden issues currently taking place in Kenya. The clinic will travel with
us to every evangelistic crusade and to far-out regions where medical care is
not available.
We hope you are
urgently asking-"how can I help?" We recently learned of resources available to
us to purchase many of the supplies we need at very minimal fees. We need
testing supplies, teaching material, nutritional supplements, and medications.
Without reservation, we are asking for your help to purchase these supplies!
People are dying and starving and we want to be in a position to help in every
way we can help.
Some of the JFM staff
are preparing to leave in the next few weeks for Kenya. Upon arrival, we will
immediately begin the clinic work! Please, today, decide upon an offering to
help us purchase the necessary supplies for this desperate need. Your offerings
are tax-deductible and can be sent to the JFM office.

 KENYAN PASTORS SCOUT FOR FAMINE RELIEF

 I traveled with several other pastors and church leaders through Kenya up into Ethiopia to research the effects of the drought and famine. We also visited churches in the northern regions of Kenya where the drought is severe.

THERE IS NO SNOW ON MT KENYA
ANIMALS ARE ALSO DYING FROM THIS RECORD BREAKING DROUGHT.
Brother Wachira continues...

 One
night the Lord gave us a great miraculous salvation from bandits, wild lions
and hyenas when our vehicle broke down
in one of Kenya's most dangerous areas.
The
vehicle I was traveling in had a major break-down and we never
received help until 12 hours later.
It took 9 different vehicles to finally get out of the
mess. We
never slept that night but we are all safe and another car was sent from Nairobi to help us finish our 6 day mission.
Whether
the devil threatens or even breathes fire, we cannot be deterred.
When
duty calls, even danger will not turn us back.

| PRAYER NEEDS:
~ In Kenya drought and famine are causing the deaths of people and animals in record numbers.
~ In these difficult times we pray for millions to see that Jesus is hope for the troubled soul.
~ We are currently praying for 100 monthly partners who have a burden to help us touch lives in Africa.
~ We will be returning to Kenya soon for clinic work, evangelism and to work on the High School. Please pray for every need to be supplied.
