Mike & Cheryl arrived home safely and will be staying with friends in Southern California until daughter Adelle's wedding in April. Because of your faithful support and prayers for JFM we are seeing souls saved, people healed and work done!
In February, Mike prayed for a little baby girl before giving the family a ride to the hospital. The baby's arm was healed instantly and the family gave their lives to Jesus! No hospital required! Praise God!
God bless You so much for your help. May He multiply back to you in this life and the one to come!! |

| Awesome Water Baptism in Nyeri Kenya |
In 2006 the Kenya Kids Orphanage was having a problem with food being stolen off the outdoor stove.
The church baptism tank was dismantled and the stones were used to build a wall around the Orphanage Kitchen
In 2007 JFM was able to donate funds for this new baptistery tank
In February 2009, Cheryl, known in Kenya as "Pastor Wangui", helped Pastor Wachira baptize a group of new converts.
One of those to be baptized was Ndegwa.
Mike and Cheryl began witnessing to Ndegwa in October of 2007. He accepted Jesus as his Personal Savior December 2008, a few days before Christmas.
It was their great joy to see him baptized! After he was saved he reported, "I didn't know it was going to be so great!"
Ndegwa has become a great witness for Jesus!
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit Matthew 28:19

Weekend "Challenge"@ Dr Kamundia Girls School |
Pastor Wachira and Cheryl (Pastor Wangui) were the speakers for the Dr. Kamudia High School's annual "Weekend Challenge".
The message theme was "Walking in the New and Living Way" Principal Winnie Kimondo and Deputy Jennifer Njaguna did a great job organizing and leading the event.
540 girls attend Dr. Kamundia.
Because of transportation issues in Kenya, teens live at school and take turns cooking and cleaning.
The girls cooked wonderful meals for us each day!
Over the three days, 161 girls accepted Jesus!
Approximately 120 answered the challenge to receive the "Promise of the Father" and they were baptized in the Holy Spirit.
Acs 1:8 But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very bounds) of the earth. (Amplified Bible)
God touched these precious girls by his Spirit!
The school leaders said they had never seen such a powerful response to the Gospel Message.

Pastor Joseph From India Visits JFM ~
Pastor Joseph Clifford stayed with us at the JFM home in February. He is an associate pastor for Pastor David Mohan at the New Life Church in Chennai, India. (www.nlag.in )
The church has 40,000 members and over 4,000 home cell groups! Pastor Joseph was in Kenya to develop the home cell program at Pastor Wachira's church.
Pastor Joseph was an encouragement to Jesus Frees Ministries.
Along with Mike and Cheryl, he ministered to those the Lord brought to the JFM Home and several converted to Christianity.
Christian Brothers and Sisters were encouraged and counseled.
We witnessed to one of the Members of Parliament, Honorable Esther Murugi, a top Cabinet Minister in charge of Gender and Children receive Jesus as her personal Savior.
It was wonderful to see the door open through Post Master Frieda & Pastor Margaret for ministry at the Nyeri Post Office where Pastor Joseph led a morning Bible Study and Prayer Time.
|
John, the manager of a hardware store in Nyeri, asked Mike and Cheryl to lead a morning Prayer and Devotion time.
After one of the prayer times, Shiro Wangui accepted Christ as her personal Savior.
May God receive all the Glory for the things He has done! |
