Job of The Month:
Triangle Ventures, LLC

Triangle Ventures, LLC, recently purchased the standalone parking facility called the Park at Adams Morgan at 1711 Florida Avenue, NW. They wanted a unique garage interior, so Tech Painting suggested using DayGlo Paint on the drive aisle graphics. Investor Ernie Marcus noted, "It was an easy sell. DayGlo colors provide a vibrant look and should make it easier for customers to navigate the facility."  The results were clear and outstanding. Radiant colors that are easily noticed and draw attention are excellent wayfinding tools that make your customers' parking experience more pleasant.

Safety Color Codes:  The Professional Edge
Safety and color go hand-in-hand in today's garages. Easily recognizable safety colors help ensure your garage conforms to OSHA standards. Knowing that your customer can quickly and easily recognize wayfinding paths or emergency equipment is vital in all garages. Today, garages must maintain the professional edge they need to ensure customer security and peace of mind.Safety Colors

Safety Yellow: Caution, physical hazard, guardrails, exposed unguarded edges, and piping systems containing dangerous materials.
Safety Green: First aid equipment, gas masks, safety deluge showers, and safety bulletin boards.
Black and White: Traffic and housekeeping markings, dead ends of aisles, stairways, and directional signs.
Safety Blue: Caution, equipment under repair, warnings located at the starting point or power source of machinery.
