Atlantic Parking is growing and recently took over nine garages. When it came time to help with painting and organizing the schedule for these various locations, Atlantic came to us with their list of requirements. Not only have all the entrances been completed on time and under budget, but the properties have added as much work as we started with!

New Product: Metalastic DTM (Acrylic Modified Enamel) |
 METALASTIC DTM (Direct to Metal) is a high-build acrylic enamel with rust-inhibitive properties. It is perfectly suited for applications directly to bare steel (doors, hand railings, booths, etc.). One great advantage for using metalastic DTM is the shorter drying time (it dries in half the time of other DTM products). Also important is the outstanding long-term performance, good gloss, and color retention. In addition, it is VOC-compliant. Tech Painting has applied metalastic DTM to many surfaces over the past month with great success. Our customers appreciate the faster drying time, which translates to less inconvenience for their customers and tenants, since doors and railings are "out of commission" for less time than with other DTM products. Our goal is to always minimize our presence in your garage so that your clients focus on the new "look" in your garage. |
Annual Company Picnic

On October 25th the company held its annual picnic for all employees
and their families. Face painting and balloon sculptures were a huge
hit with the kids. Everyone enjoyed a burger or dog from the
president's grill. Despite the on-and-off showers, the Residential and Commercial crews held their
annual soccer contest, and this year the Commercial crew left the field as
victors. It was a great time for everyone to relax and enjoy a fun day at the park, despite the uncooperative weather!

Tech Painting now offers English classes to all of our Hispanic employees. We recently hired Alejandra Rimada, an Argentinean-born teacher who works during the day at a local elementary school. Alejandra comes to our office three days a week after work to teach English as a second language. The painters are held in rapt attention as she conjugates verbs and oversees their exams. Each student has their own text book that allows them to continue to study at home. This program benefits our employees and our customers. With a better command of the English language, our employees are able to communicate better with everyone, whether it's a co-worker or a customer.
