Outdoor Fall Preparation |

Summer is ending and it's time for outdoor garage maintenance. Fall and winter are tough on curbs, cement islands, signage, entrance ways, and attendant booths. Sealing and painting these surfaces now will help protect these areas against winter road salts, temperature fluctuations, and water damage. Applying ArmorSeal K1 Epoxy or other durable high-solid paint coatings will help maintain your garage structure. Applying DTM (direct to metal) paint to your booth will help protect it from water damage and eventual rust.

Customer safety is critically important in our industry. Providing an entrance way that is clean, well-marked, and bright is always a priority. And the eye appeal will go a long way with your customers. Maintaining a well-textured walking surface for good footing during the icy months will help reduce potential injury and concern with customers. Being proactive now will help in the long run.
